May recap and what a month it has been. We showed up, we showed out, and we are so grateful for every single moment this month.

This month at Vision Properties we:
- Connected with our amazing community and helped families find their dream homes.
- Throughout May, we focused on community advocacy and leadership by supporting sustainable housing at the Hope Builders luncheon and attending the NAREB national virtual conference. We also engaged in vital fair housing discussions on the Covenant Panel while networking with local entrepreneurs to strengthen Spokane's economy.
- Celebrated our community and kept it real with honest conversations about the Spokane market.

Last week’s Covenant Homeownership Program panel was such an important conversation.

Thankful to everyone who came out, asked questions, shared space with us, and stayed engaged even after the discussion ended. One of the biggest things we noticed was that people didn’t want the conversation to stop. Folks stayed afterward wanting to learn more about the program, homeownership, and what steps they can take for their future.

That kind of turnout matters. That kind of curiosity really matters.

Thank you to Elizabeth Perez, Jacquelynne Sandoval, Chauncey Jones, and Stephaine Courtney M.Ed. for helping create space for these conversations and for continuing to pour into the community.

I just want to take a moment and publicly say thank you to . This month marks one full year of us working together, and I’m honestly so grateful for the way they’ve helped bring vision, purpose, and consistency to everything we’ve been building.

Simone' and Amera have truly rocked with me through every season. Even during pregnancy, life transitions, busy schedules, and all the behind-the-scenes moments people don’t see, they always made sure everything came together with excellence and intention.

I’m excited for what’s next because we have some beautiful things coming, and I know this next season is going to be special.
