I am so incredibly excited for my buyers. They found 3 houses in Washington that they wanted to look at and liked 2 of the three. After getting beat up a little in ID with competing offers they made a great offer on the house they loved the most and crossed their fingers that they wouldn't get into competition! They got the house! Dealing with competing offers can be a challenge but patience always pays off!
