I had the pleasure of touring some new construction yesterday in Ponderosa Pines with my buyers and I have to share how much I loved the style of this home.
Built by Lennar Homes, it has such a fresh, modern feel but still feels warm and comfortable. The layout just makes sense. Everything flows naturally and the light throughout the home is beautiful.
The kitchen was probably my favorite part. It is open, functional, and truly feels like the heart of the home. You can easily picture everyone gathered around the island while dinner is cooking.
New construction in Spokane Valley is looking really good right now and this one definitely stood out.

Meet ☀️ this cute little lady purchased a home yesterday at 88 years young!

She relocated to Spokane to be close with her niece after living in her home in California for over 50 years!

She is spry, so sweet, and a huge 49ers fan, what an honor it was to represent her in her new home purchase.
