Ok, my friends have finally convinced me that I need to be on Facebook to promote my business as a Washington Real Estate Broker and Idaho Real Estate Salesperson.

I have been selling real estate since 2005 when my youngest son graduated from High School. I have been in the construction business for over 35 years. My husband and I have built 7 homes and have divided land, built on them or sold the parcels. I have a pretty good grasp on what is involved in new construction and the building process from the origination permits to the final Certificate of Occupancy and all the work and satisfaction in between. I have also experienced the selling process as a homeowner several times prior to becoming a real estate agent, so I do know what my clients are experiencing. I have moved 9 times and staged all 7 of our homes prior to sale, yes, I have compassion for the sellers.
