These units include a back patio, half bathroom, living, dining and family room areas on the lower level in addition to the kitchen. The upper level contains 4 bedrooms of equal size, upper landing, two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer space. There is also an attached automatic garage, as well as additional parking available for residents.
-Rent for these units will be $2600 per month ($650 per person if splitting evenly) and this includes water, sewage, waste disposal and groundskeeping fees.
-There is a collective $1000 deposit, $400 of which is due at the time of lease signing

Just message us your name and email, and we'll give you a heads up when we begin accepting applications again.

You can also message us to check and see if anyone in our community is looking to add a person to their lease for 2022-2023, or sublet a room for next summer.

We are looking for two people to takeover the lease from two of our housemates who will be leaving at the end of summer 2021. The lease is 9 months, starting September 2021 and ending May 31st 2022. You would be living with two male Whitworth Juniors. Please contact me with questions!
