Hi, I’m Jamie 👋

I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself both personally and professionally. If you’re ever considering working with me as your agent and want more of an insight to “who is she, really?!” - keep reading!

I’m a real estate agent. Dog mom. Wife. Only child. Over achiever. Recovering people pleaser. Type A planner. And nonstop dreamer.

I’ve been in real estate full time since 2015. I briefly began my career in Austin, TX where I was working as a middle school reading intervention teacher. At the end of 2015 I moved back to Spokane to be with my mom in her final days and have been full time in real estate ever since.

I QUICKLY picked up the notion that I was going to do things a little differently than other agents. I wasn’t going to cold call, door knock, pay for or chase down “leads.” In fact, I hate calling people “leads” more than anything. I decided I was going to do a REALLLLLY good job for the few clients I did have, and trust that they would refer me far and wide and everything would work out. Spoiler: it worked 😉 I would go on to be in the top 10% of agents in Spokane area.

I lost my dad in 2022. I got married to my husband, Bryan, in 2023. After the wedding, we up and decided to move to Bryan’s homeland for a year with our dogs to take a break and see what happened!

We had a whole YEAR in Ireland 🇮🇪 and saw more than many people ever get to see. Now, as we head back to work and reality we have a clear goal for our future - a second home on the Emerald Isle ☘️.

As I return home and get back to work, I’m excited to make some changes in my business that will hopefully benefit both myself and my clients. The largest being flexible pricing for my services (whether buying or selling). I’ve realized I can’t be 100% for everyone all the time, so offering different packages with clear expectations gives the client more control in what they need from their agent. I’ll still never be your “cheapest” option, nor do I want to be, so minimum quality standards is a must.
