Work has begun on the former Old Country Buffet on Canal in Kennewick (finally!) Hogback purchased the 1acre site for $1.6M with the former restaurant building between Outback and Wendy’s and is in the process of redeveloping half of the structure into a 3,800 SF Panera with a DT, with an additional 4,075 SF for lease. Chik-Fil-A will begin construction just to the West on Canal in 2025. Stephens and Sons Construction is the GC and has begun site demolition.
