Another Happy Hour in the Books! 🎉

What an incredible way to kick off Thanksgiving morning with our friends! This year marked the fifth annual Happy Hour at our home, a tradition that began in 2020 when gatherings were scarce. What started as a small gathering has blossomed into a full-blown event, welcoming up to 40 guests over three hours of fun, food, and festive spirits! 🍹✨

This year’s menu featured some amazing concoctions, including Fireball Punch (apple cider, cranberry juice, orange juice, and Fireball with delightful garnishes), a build-your-own hot chocolate bar (real hot chocolate with milk and various specialty creamers), an incredible brown sugar bourbon Old Fashioned, and breakfast martinis with orange marmalade. Oh, and I couldn’t resist bringing out the pumpkin spice martini for everyone to try! 🎃🥂

We piled our table high with breakfast casseroles, orange marmalade French toast bake, champagne Jell-O shots, mini donuts paired with breakfast sausage, and a few Trader Joe’s treats to round it all out.

Huge thanks to Mike, Easton, and Diane for their amazing help in getting everything ready—saving the ‘tall’ projects for Easton was a great idea! 😂 And a special shoutout to .arthur for the beautiful balloon arch that added the perfect touch! 🎈

Here’s to friends, food, and fun! Can’t wait for next year! 🦃❤️

There was a moment just before the doors opened when I (Megan) wondered if we were in over our heads, but then it hit me: that’s always how I feel before an event!

A huge thank you to our amazing neighbors for helping us find ice and the volunteers who saved the day with extra glasses when we ran out—your support was overwhelming! 🙌

We’re thrilled to announce that our creative cocktail, the Apple-Rol Spritz, won People’s Choice Best Libation for the night! 🍏🥂 It was so wonderful seeing familiar faces stopping by to sample our drink and share some love.

A big shoutout to Epicurean Delight for this fantastic opportunity to be part of such an important event and for all the great work you do for the community. We can’t wait to do it all again next year! ❤️

The clearer you are on the terminology, the faster you can act when the right property appears. “Active” means the home is currently for sale and accepting offers. “Contingent” means the seller has accepted an offer, but certain conditions, like financing or inspections, must be met before it closes. “Pending” means all contingencies have been satisfied and the sale is moving toward closing.
