Last week, we celebrated the retirement of Chris Brown, Commercial Building Engineer, after 27 years at G&B!

No matter the request, Chris always handled it with an energy drink in hand, unmatched expertise, and a smile. He has been a favorite among our tenants and a mentor to us all. We’re going to miss his brilliance around the office.

It is truly the end of an era! After an incredible career, we are bidding a bittersweet farewell to David Peterson as he heads into retirement.

David has been a cornerstone of our commercial real estate and development team since day one and has mentored generations of professionals along the way.

His legacy is etched into the landscape of our city and the culture of our office. While we’ll miss his expertise and his presence, we are so excited for him to now trade real estate for relaxation.
