120 years is kind of a big deal.

Coldwell Banker started in 1906 after the San Francisco earthquake with a focus on doing real estate differently—with honesty, integrity and taking care of people.

And maybe that’s why I’ve stuck around.

I got my real estate license in 2013, joined Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, and I’ve never worked for another real estate company.

I’m a big believer in legacy. I’m a big believer in showing up, building relationships and taking really good care of people. And I’m proud to be part of a company that has been doing exactly that for 120 years.

I also love that I get the best of both worlds. Coldwell Banker gives my clients a truly global network and reach, while Tomlinson keeps us local, connected and invested right here in the Inland Northwest.

The industry has changed A LOT since I started—and I can only imagine what real estate looked like in 1906—but good service never really changes.

Favorite Subject: Negotiating
Favorite Activity: Looking at houses I’m not buying
What I’m Good At: Staying calm when everyone else is freaking out
When I Grow Up: I want to stop checking my email on vacation
Fun Fact: I can estimate the age of a roof at 60 mph

Favorite Season: Lake season, followed closely by ski season
Favorite School Supply: A really good spreadsheet
Special Talent: Turning literally anything into a spreadsheet
Favorite Place: Somewhere with a lake, mountain, or plane ticket involved
Current Obsession: Planning my next trip while still on my current trip

Vegas for Cole’s 40th with friends from all over. Pretty wild getting people from so many different parts of life together in one place.

A lot of laughs, very little sleep, a questionable recovery timeline, and somehow we all made it home.

Good reminder that good people make life fun no matter where you are.
