Vegas for Cole’s 40th with friends from all over. Pretty wild getting people from so many different parts of life together in one place.

A lot of laughs, very little sleep, a questionable recovery timeline, and somehow we all made it home.

Good reminder that good people make life fun no matter where you are.

Thank you all for coming!!

Easter has always meant a little more to us šŸ’›

Back in 2010, we were 22 and thought a Jell-O shot Easter egg hunt the night before was a great idea… and honestly, it still was, we had to cover the holes of the eggs with tape šŸ˜…

What I didn’t know was that Cole had a whole plan. I was working in hospitality and never had Sundays off—but somehow he convinced my boss to give me Easter off without me knowing. That alone should’ve been my first clue.

That morning, he set up an Easter egg hunt at our house. I was just going along with it, completely unaware. Meanwhile, he’s on crutches, trying to act normal, which made the whole thing even more suspicious but I still didn’t catch on.

Last egg… there’s the ring.

I sat down on his knee (again… crutches involved šŸ˜…), and he asked. It wasn’t a surprise that I said yes—he had already asked my dad—but it was still the easiest and best decision I’ve ever made.

And because he’s Cole, he had a full celebration planned with all of our friends right after. We had the best group of friends to celebrate with. It was a little chaotic, a little ridiculous, and absolutely perfect.

Easter’s been our thing ever since šŸ£šŸ’

A rare opportunity on the North Bank of the Spokane River.

Held by the same owner since 1989, this estate home is ready for its next chapter. Sitting on a corner lot in a thriving area near parks, trails, and the stadium, it’s all about location and potential.

Box beam ceilings, hardwood floors hiding under the carpet, a bonus garage, and a yard that was once a true garden—this is the kind of home where vision pays off.

If you’ve been waiting for something you can truly make your own… this is it.

90s Abbey thought adulthood meant driving her Toyota Carola, listening to Hanson, and maybe owning a Tamagotchi that actually survived longer than a week.

2026 Abbey spends her days unlocking houses, negotiating refrigerators like they’re Beanie Babies, and explaining sewer scopes over dinner.

Somehow this career still feels less confusing than trying to program a VCR

One of my favorite things about real estate?
The women in this industry show up for each other šŸ’ƒ

In the U.S., about 65% of REALTORSĀ® are women — one of the few industries where women make up the majority of the workforce.

But what really makes this profession special isn’t just the numbers.

It’s the collaboration.
The mentorship.
The encouragement.

I’ve watched women share knowledge, celebrate each other’s wins, and lift each other up on the hard days. There’s something powerful about being surrounded by people who believe that success isn’t limited — there’s room for everyone at the table.

And I’d be remiss not to acknowledge the incredible men in this industry who champion that culture too — the ones who mentor, collaborate, advocate, and support the women around them. Real estate is better when we build each other up.

The truth is, the best communities — and the best industries — are built when people work together.

Grateful to be surrounded by so many talented people doing exactly that. šŸ’›

January and February came in hot. šŸ”„

Haines skied Headwall and knocked out two double black diamonds like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, I was just trying to keep up. šŸ˜… Lots of friend laps at Schweitzer, a Chiefs hockey game, a few Gonzaga men’s basketball games, and yes… plenty of axolotl snuggles in between.

I made two trips to Olympia for advocacy work and leadership meetings with Washington REALTORSĀ®. Grateful to sit at those tables and represent our industry.

We saw Lion King — my 5th time, his first. Watching it through his eyes was better than the first four combined.

Galentine’s fundraiser for Project Beauty Share and was reminded (again) how strong and generous this community is.

And in between all of that… three buyers under contract. Strong negotiations, meaningful seller concessions, and clients feeling good about their decisions.

One of my favorite days of the year: Hill Day šŸ›ļøāœØ

We met with legislators alongside Washington REALTORSĀ® to advocate for property rights and attainable housing—because the decisions made in Olympia directly affect our clients here at home.

What we pushed for (and why it matters to you):
āœ… Fair access to listings – so buyers aren’t shut out of opportunities
āœ… More housing options – including condos and middle housing, not just luxury or rentals
āœ… Smarter rural ADU rules – giving families flexibility for aging parents, adult kids, or income
āœ… Turning underused commercial spaces into homes – more supply where people already live
āœ… ā€œDo no harmā€ on housing taxes – keeping affordability front and center

This work matters. When we show up together, we protect access, transparency, and opportunity in the housing market.
