Spokane Valley has a new spot worth adding to your lunch or dinner list.
Supa! Japanese recently opened a new Spokane Valley location, and after trying a little bit of everything, I can confidently say I’ll be back. The sushi looked incredibly fresh and is sold by weight, which makes it easy to grab exactly what you want. The ramen was fresh and delicious, the poke bowl was flavorful with a seriously generous portion, and the edamame was the perfect appetizer while we waited. I have to give special recognition to the honeydew milk tea. I’ve tried a LOT of them, and this was easily one of the best I’ve had.
What I also really liked about Supa! is how versatile it feels. It’s casual and quick enough for a business lunch, but still somewhere I’d happily meet friends for dinner when everyone wants something a little different.
I love seeing more locally owned restaurants and new concepts choosing Spokane Valley, especially places that give us another genuinely good option for meeting over a meal.
If you’ve already been to Supa!, what should I try next?
