2. A mixed-use urban development near Costco has been in the works for years now, and it’s starting to take shape in North Spokane. ☕️ I wanted a coffee shop I could walk to, and a big fenced backyard for my pup. I toured SO MANY houses that had incredible potential, but my heart knew that those two checklist items were really the biggest ones.⁣

📣I have a massive announcement to make, and have been struggling over the right words to choose…⁣

💛Until I read The US Surgeon General’s statement this morning. He is closing out his term as the nation’s top doctor, and released a message today that hit me right in the feels. ⁣
⁣
✨Dr. Murthy urged the country to realign their lives around relationships, service, and purpose in what he called “the triad of fulfillment and the core pillars of community.”
⁣
“As I finish my tenure as Surgeon General, this is my parting prescription, my final wish for all of us: 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲.” ⁣
⁣
I have absolutely loved the nearly 7 years I’ve spent at 4 Degrees. The culture there was exactly what I needed at that point in my career. From the support staff to my peers and everyone in between- I send a resounding THANK YOU! ⁣🙏🏼

✨However, Dr. Murthy made a point to acknowledge that communities don’t have to be static. They evolve and overlap. ⁣
⁣
💫In this fresh start to a new year, I’m beyond excited to share that mine has officially overlapped with a new brokerage. One of collaborative, powerhouse women who strive to grow each other’s business and pour into each other. ⁣
