1. Super upgraded custom kitchen in a builder grade house! You will never get the return on investment for that.

2. Removing all the house bathtubs for custom walk in showers. You need at least one bathtub in the house if you ever want to sell to a family.

3. A pool. You will get maybe 10 percent of the cost of a pool in resale. So unless you really want a pool and will enjoy it yourself for many years, this is one upgrade you should skip!
