Then he chose to build his career here.

Today, we get to celebrate what he’s building.

Through September, Lui has closed 10 transactions and $4.5 million in total sales. His Spokane MLS sales volume is up 17% over the same period last year.

That growth stands out.

Among Spokane MLS agents who sold at least $3 million during January through September 2025, the typical agent’s sales volume is down 9% over the same period in 2026.

Lui’s is up 17%.

And he’s building on a record of consistency. Last year, he closed at least one sale in 11 of 12 months.

For perspective, NAR’s 2026 Member Profile reports that REALTORS® with two years or less of experience completed a median of two individual transactions during 2025.

Behind Lui’s numbers is someone who remembers what it feels like to be the client.

Justin Thoet was his agent. When Lui decided to pursue real estate, he chose Haven for “the community and marketing.”
