Looking for an easy dessert for the holidays? Here is one of my favorite holiday recipes. Its simple to make and the flavor is amazing. Let me know if you try it!

~Sugar and Spiced nuts~

Ingredients:
1- generous tbsp slightly beaten egg white
2- cups pecans halves
1/4 cup sugar (granulated white)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix beaten egg white and fold in pecans until nuts are coated and sticky. Next mix together sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves into a small bowl.
Sprinkle sugar mixture over pecans, stirring until nuts are completely coated. Spread pecans in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Let completely cool and remove with a spatula.
