✨ Another happy buyer in the books!! 🔑

Bret and I have been chatting back and forth since FEBRUARY. We started off when interest rates were in the highest of the highs and the world was completely different than it is now. Within last 4
months he decided to pull the trigger and start actively looking. I think we looked at close to 40 houses in just 2 months. I’m so thankful that he gave me the opportunity to guide him through this process and continued to keep in touch with me throughout the hard times he faced.

We ended up getting him a new construction home with an interest rate of 5.2%, 16k in closing costs and in the most perfect location!

Stay tuned because I will be listing his home within the next couple of weeks located in Otis Orchards in the mid $400k range!

I’m feeling so very thankful for all these opportunities and the joy I get from handing over keys to LITERALLY the biggest purchase you’ll ever make in your life is indescribable!
