✨ Another happy buyer in the books!! 🔑

Bret and I have been chatting back and forth since FEBRUARY. We started off when interest rates were in the highest of the highs and the world was completely different than it is now. Within last 4
months he decided to pull the trigger and start actively looking. I think we looked at close to 40 houses in just 2 months. I’m so thankful that he gave me the opportunity to guide him through this process and continued to keep in touch with me throughout the hard times he faced.

We ended up getting him a new construction home with an interest rate of 5.2%, 16k in closing costs and in the most perfect location!

Stay tuned because I will be listing his home within the next couple of weeks located in Otis Orchards in the mid $400k range!

I’m feeling so very thankful for all these opportunities and the joy I get from handing over keys to LITERALLY the biggest purchase you’ll ever make in your life is indescribable!

What’s really spooky is waiting on interest rates to drop then the home you loved for $500,000 is now $750,000 👻🎃

Thinking of buying a home? Now might be the perfect time!

🏡 **Current Mortgage Rates: FHA, VA, and Conventional Loans!** 🏡

Here’s a quick look at current rates in Washington:

- FHA Loans: Perfect for first-time buyers, with rates around 5.25%. Low down payment, flexible credit options!

- VA Loans: For veterans and active-duty, rates are as low as 5.0% with no down payment required! 🇺🇸

- Conventional Loans: 30-year fixed rates hover around 5.96%—still below the national average!

With rates lower than last month, now’s your chance to save BIG on your mortgage.

Let’s get coffee and connect☺️

Lots of talk about interest rate cuts! Here’s the gist so far:

The expected Federal Funds Rate cut, driven by improving inflation and slower job growth, is likely to have a positive, albeit gradual, impact on mortgage rates.

For potential homebuyers, any drop in mortgage rates will provide a more inviting housing market. Lower mortgage rates can reduce the overall cost of homeownership, making it more feasible for you if you’ve been waiting to make a move.

What Should You Do?

While a Federal Funds Rate cut is not expected to lead to drastically lower mortgage rates, it will likely contribute to the gradual decrease that’s already happening.

And while the anticipated rate cut represents a positive shift for the future of the housing market, it’s important to consider your options right now.

Don't wait for the market to change—take action now to secure the best deal and build a strong foundation for your future.
