Established on September 10th 2001, RenCorp LLC opened its doors facing the challenges of a new reality, untold uncertainty and personal tragedy. What emerged was a dynamic company which for over a decade helped shape Spokane's downtown area. RenCorp is a full-service firm offering Architectural, Brokerage, Construction and Development services, which are the ABCD's of RenCorp. RenCorp has designed, built and developed numerous properties that have been registered on both the local and National register of Historical places. Over time, focus has been on the renovation and restoration of a variety of adaptive reuse projects, many of which are included in our portfolio. We continue to manage many of the buildings we developed under RenCorp as well as those properties we have brokered and developed in recent years. Currently, RenCorp is working on many projects around the area to continue building up the downtown Spokane area.

The new decals are up and Spokane’s newest bar, Elegance Cocktail Bar, is officially lit up! ✨🍸
Seeing everything come together is such an amazing feeling. We’re getting ready to bring something new, fresh, and different to downtown Spokane. Great cocktails, good food, live entertainment, sports, throwback music, and a place where everybody can feel welcome.
This place is about to be FIRE 🔥 and we cannot wait to open these doors and show Spokane what Elegance is all about.

With their gorgeous pink branding and amazing social media presence, Muggies has made a big impression on our community. Spokane has a pride in our small business community, and Muggies is a great name on that list. RenCorp exterior brokerage was thrilled to be on their side through the process of opening another location.

This second location opening is bringing them one step closer to a Spokane Valley location, and reaching even more customers! When one of our brokers got connected with Mady Hare (the amazing founder of Muggies) we were excited to see her vision grow. Supporting small businesses is what we do day in and day out. It's pretty cool to watch this growth happen firsthand and to be able to help in such a direct way.

We have lights!💡
