If you are looking to purchase a home, I will take the time to make sure your needs, desires and concerns are completely understood, then I will search for suitable homes. You will receive homes to look at online, and then I’ll set up appointments to take you to view the ones that you want to see. I’ll also get any information about homes that you are interested in to help you make an informed decision. Once you believe you’ve found a place to call home, I’ll write your contract and handle the negotiation process for you. I have the experience and foresight to proactively address details to make the transaction problem-free. I’m a skilled negotiator, and always have your best interests at heart.
If you are looking to sell your home, I am the listing agent you want. I bring in a professional photographer, who will do a beautiful job with our listing photos. Your home will look fabulous in our marketing efforts. The number one way people shop for homes today is online, so photos are very important to highlight your home’s appeal to buyers. I take great pride in each listing. Care and detail is put into each one as we make sure your house is ready to go on the market. The listing process is comprehensive. First, I will provide you with a market analysis of your home, and if you decide that the time is right to sell, we move on to getting your home on the market. I have a very streamlined process for listing, and once you’ve decided you would like to move forward, can have your home on the market in 2-4 days.
Having lived in the Spokane area for over 30 years I know this market well.
You’d probably like to know who you’re going to be working with, so here’s a little bit about me outside of work... I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and have 7 wonderful kids ranging from teenagers to adults - 4 boys, (3 are married) and 3 girls - With this experience, I can handle anything! I was a stay at home mom for many years, raising my kids, and homeschooling them.
In 2010, I decided that I wanted to get back into the work force. A friend, who is in the real estate business talked me into taking the real estate course, positive I would be good at it. A few weeks later... I had my license!
Family is number one in my life, and is my driving force. That’s probably why so many of my previous clients say they feel like family, themselves!
I love the Spokane area and am very familiar with the larger region. I loves my job, enjoy interacting with people I’m privileged to meet, and the friendships I make with my clients.
