Not every negotiation is about price.

During this transaction, the existing sewer access was located inside the crawl space, making it difficult to access the sewer line for a scope or future repairs.

As part of our negotiations, we requested a new bilateral sewer cleanout/access be installed in a more accessible location. 🔧

Why is that important?

✔️ Easier access for a sewer scope
✔️ Better access for future maintenance
✔️ Repairs can be made without entering the crawl space
✔️ Helps the buyer know what they’re purchasing
✔️ Can prevent a difficult—and potentially costly—access problem later
