The dream where you buy a piece of land and build the whole thing from the ground up? It’s more doable around here than a lot of people assume. 🏡
I pulled together three areas that come up the most when buyers tell me they want room to spread out, space for a shop, and a little distance from the neighbors. Each one has its own personality, from classic acreage close to town to areas just over the Idaho line where lake access and trails come baked in.
Building from dirt is a different animal than buying something already standing, and the calls you make early (location especially) shape everything that comes after. That part, the before-the-foundation part, is honestly my favorite thing to help with. 💭
