goal is to build a referral only based business and putting the customer first is essential in meeting that goal. How am we different from any other agent out there? I came into the real estate business because of having two different bad transactions with realtors. Since I have been working in the industry I realize that most Realtors have the best intentions and are good people, and like any career field there are bad eggs. The other main reason I differ is that I am a full time agent, I do not have any other jobs that will interfere with me answering your calls or helping you through the home-buying process. On the other hand I am not an agent that is trying to sell everyone a house, I choose which clients I would like to work with. This way I can guarantee great service and a win-win situation. A lot of agents have lots of listings and buyers, so you cannot get them to answer the phone. I strive to be available to my clients. The biggest difference:
