One of the things people outside of real estate rarely hear about is something called a “cap.” At Real Broker, agents operate on an 85/15 split until they reach their annual cap, which for us is $12,000. Once agents hit that cap, the next goal becomes reaching Elite Agent status, where Real rewards agents with company stock for continued production and growth within the company.
This year, we reached our cap in just 3 months.
Not because of one big deal or one lucky break — but because so many people continue to trust us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Every referral, every listing, every buyer consultation, every late-night phone call, every showing, every inspection negotiation… it all adds up.
We’ve always believed that if we stayed consistent, worked hard, communicated well, and truly cared about the people we serve, the business would continue to grow naturally. Reaching this milestone so early in the year was a pretty cool reminder of how much Salas Real Estate has grown — and we’re excited to keep building from here.
There are a lot of great agents in Spokane, which makes moments like this mean that much more to us. We never take lightly the fact that people continue to choose, trust, and recommend our family and our business. Honestly, that support is something we’ll never stop being grateful for.
