If you know Adam, you know he doesn’t do anything halfway. Whether it’s bowling, snowboarding, being out on the boat, or jumping into a new project just to figure it out as he goes—once he’s in, he’s all in.

This time... we were the sellers 🏡

As Realtors, we’re usually the ones guiding our clients through the process. This time, we got to experience every step ourselves.

After a tenant left this home in rough condition, we had a choice: sell it as-is or invest the time and effort to completely transform it. We chose to bring our vision to life.

From coordinating contractors and making design decisions to navigating inspections, showings, and negotiations, this project reminded us that every home has a story—and every sale comes with its own challenges.

Today, we officially handed over the keys.
Being on the other side of the transaction gave us an even greater appreciation for what our clients experience, the highs, the low’s, the worries it makes it all worth it when it all comes together and closes!

Our Annual Big Barn Event is something we look forward to every year.

This year was definitely one to remember. Between the heat and the smoky skies, we completely understand everyone who couldn’t make it. To those who still came out and spent the day with us, thank you. We truly appreciate you and hope you had an amazing time enjoying the live music, food trucks, your complimentary drink, cotton candy, face painting, ice cream, and the photo booth.

The guy who somehow makes it to the games, the practices, the school events, the boat days, the ski trips, and still answers his phone when clients need him.

A lot of what we do as a family and as a business works because he’s willing to put in the time, both at home and at work.

Last night we celebrated a friend’s birthday at the Spokane Indians game. They rented a skybox, the weather was perfect, and what started as a great night at the ballpark got even better when Sam convinced me, Isabelle, and Holly to sign up for the on-field entertainment.

A few innings later, the four of us found ourselves on the field in front of the crowd competing in a cape toss challenge. Isabelle and I teamed up against Sam and Holly.

And honestly, we smoked them.

Okay… we missed one. But Otto, the Spokane Indians mascot, came through in the clutch, scooped it up, and tossed it right back into the cape for us. We’re counting it.

Between the on-field fun, free swag, free hat night, singing during the 7th inning stretch, and watching the kids run the bases after the game, it was everything a summer night at the ballpark should be.

Just good people, good memories, and a reminder that sometimes the best part of the game happens between innings.
