We’ve had quite a few new faces join us here lately, and it’s been a while since we’ve done introductions! So we thought it would be fun to share a little more about the people behind Salas Real Estate!

First up, Adam! 🏡❤️

Most of you know him as a Realtor, but there’s a whole lot more to Adam than real estate! From his lifelong love of bowling and chasing powder days at Schweitzer to cheering on the Seattle Mariners and making memories with his family, there’s rarely a dull moment! ⚾🎳🏂

From growing up in Othello to raising a family and building a real estate career in Spokane, Adam has quite a few stories to tell. And while real estate has been a huge part of his life for the past 12 years, it’s the things outside of work that really make him who he is.

If you know Adam, you know he doesn’t do anything halfway. Whether it’s bowling, snowboarding, being out on the boat, or jumping into a new project just to figure it out as he goes—once he’s in, he’s all in.

He’s someone who still thinks big, stays curious, and is always looking for what’s next instead of slowing down.

He’s built a lot, taken on a lot, and continues to bring that same energy into everything he does.

Happy Birthday, Adam. ❤️ Here’s to 46 and whatever’s next. 😂

This time... we were the sellers 🏡

As Realtors, we’re usually the ones guiding our clients through the process. This time, we got to experience every step ourselves.

After a tenant left this home in rough condition, we had a choice: sell it as-is or invest the time and effort to completely transform it. We chose to bring our vision to life.

From coordinating contractors and making design decisions to navigating inspections, showings, and negotiations, this project reminded us that every home has a story—and every sale comes with its own challenges.

Today, we officially handed over the keys.
Being on the other side of the transaction gave us an even greater appreciation for what our clients experience, the highs, the low’s, the worries it makes it all worth it when it all comes together and closes!

Congratulations to the new homeowners. We hope you love this home as much as we loved bringing it back to life.

Our Annual Big Barn Event is something we look forward to every year.

This year was definitely one to remember. Between the heat and the smoky skies, we completely understand everyone who couldn’t make it. To those who still came out and spent the day with us, thank you. We truly appreciate you and hope you had an amazing time enjoying the live music, food trucks, your complimentary drink, cotton candy, face painting, ice cream, and the photo booth.
