Last year we had about 200 people come through and we couldn’t be more thankful to our friends, family, and past clients for the support.

We found this property off market and were able to get it for $920,000. Without doing anything the appraisal came in at $1,000,000. That’s $80,000 of instant equity… 💰

So lesson one… don’t let people tell you when it is or isn’t a good time to buy or sell. You can always find deals if you are patient and know how to look. 🔎

The cool and unique thing about this is it’s actually 2 four flexes right next to each other. What this means is we were able to get residential financing versus commercial and save on rate.

This one took a little bit, but was definitely worth the wait. He was looking for an investment that had a pre-existing home on it where the lot could be subdivided. Shane was not only able to find that, but also in a location that has tons of upside!
