Hey Team,
We're terrible at requesting reviews, but out of the blue today, we received a very nice note from a seller that I thought I'd share.
This particular seller was an elderly woman living with her son-in-law who had just physically abused her. To make matter's worse, her tiny, aging dog's seizures were quickly becoming more and more frequent!
She said she needed cash ASAP to get into a healthier living situation and to ease her dogs suffering.
We responded the same day with an offer for her house that would net her the cash she needed and, after coordinating with all involved, she cashed a much-needed check and moved on with a fresh start.
We feel grateful that because of the way we've positioned our company we're able to help people out of difficult and urgent situations, of all kinds, around Spokane.
Professional house buyers like ourselves sometimes get a bad rap because of other predatory investors, but we know that our team makes a difference in peoples lives and we should be most proud of that fact, first and foremost.
