We will be saying the same things 30 years from now about real estate in 2026, even though it feels expensive today!

Sometimes all your listing needs more is the RIGHT PRICE! Don’t get me wrong: great photographers like can make magic happen when you need it. And it is certainly helpful to use technology to give people a vision of what a property could be. BUT - it all can be pointless if you don’t price it appropriately!

So sellers: consult with your agent on a sound pricing strategy that’s based on the market and their expertise.

And realtors, don’t expect things to sell if you’re just catfishing Buyers!
