Have you ever wondered why they say you should take down any personal items such as pictures when you are getting your home ready to show?

Here are a few reasons why...

1. You create a blank slate for potential buyers to imagine themselves making it their own.

2. When there is a lot of extra things in the home it can create a distraction and take away from what the home has to offer.

3. It's important to create a neutral space.

4. It helps to prevent theft

5. Safety. Removing any Identifiers help to keep you and your family safe.

6. It helps make rooms look larger.

7. By packing some of those things up it helps make the move easier!
