LEGAL MINUTE MONDAY! Great info from Real Estate Attorney Martinez out of Tampa. I just had this conversation with one of my Sellers; on an offer we recieved with the earnest deposit (escrow) not being enough to hold their house for a 60 day closing. Offers entail more than the offer price.

Discover Pristine Place in Spring Hill, Florida. Homes ranging low 300k to the low 600k range, presently 3 to 4 bedrooms ranging 1800 to 3500 living sq. ft. We have 16 homes up for sale with 3 pending, under contract and 4 which closed in last month. Sold shows me on average 2.46% under last asking price. The homes which sold were average days on market, 14, 21, 50, 97 which means if your property is priced correctly based on condition and location it will move quicker.
