🎉🎉 FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS, PULASKI TN 🎉🎉

We have officially CLOSED on this super cute home! I met these clients on a home tour about six weeks ago. We didn't spend much time in person since they were only in town for the weekend. From there on we only did video tours. It's funny because we started out in Lyles and ended up all the way down in Pulaski. We looked everywhere in between. These clients were so ahhhmazing I would have traveled all over Middle TN for them!! I believe they are the bravest, kindest, most open-minded people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting/working with. I don't know what I did to get so lucky to have the opportunity to work with them.

I feel like in this market, especially with first-time homebuyers, it takes a DEDICATED TEAM to get to closing and a smooth one at that. No... we didn't have tons of cash, we were competing against multiple offers and we didn't have any gifts to offer the sellers.

What we did have was a drive to not give up, flexibility in choosing the right lender, and a strategy to present an attractive and genuine offer.. one that was pretty much solid to make it to the finish line.

Are we in a "crazy" market? Sure, but we are NOT in an impossible market!
