🎉Great news for K-12 classroom teachers in Tennessee!

Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) announced the expansion of its Homeownership for Heroes program to include Tennessee teachers. This program provides an interest rate reduction on THDA Great Choice home loans to help eligible Tennesseans achieve homeownership.

This program already covers veterans, firefighters, EMTs, and law enforcement officers but adding teachers is so great!
