Q3 WAS BUSY. OBVIOUSLY. 😂

If you live around here, apparently you already know. I swear someone comments to me almost every day, “Your signs are EVERYWHERE!” And my standard response is always, “I know. Isn’t it so obnoxious?” 😂

But those signs turned into 25 HOMES SOLD + OVER $8 MILLION CLOSED in Q3... with a little life squeezed in between.

There were new listings, negotiations, inspections, closings, keys handed over, problems solved, a LOT of miles on my car, probably too much coffee, and somehow a few real-life moments tucked into the middle of it all.

And while I can joke about the signs being everywhere, I never forget what they actually represent. Every one belongs to someone who trusted me with a move, a sale, a purchase, an investment, or a really big life change. That part will never feel ordinary.

So yes... Q3 was busy. OBVIOUSLY. 😂
