Apparently, Florida knows how to have a good time. WalletHub just ranked Florida the No. 2 most fun state in America, but when you dig into the numbers, it gets even more interesting.

Florida ranked No. 2 for entertainment and recreation, tied for No. 1 for restaurants per capita, and led the country in amusement parks and music festivals per capita.

Add in the beaches, boating, golf, outdoor recreation, and everything else we have access to, and you start to understand why lifestyle is such an important part of Florida real estate.

Because when you buy a home, you’re not just buying bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. You’re also choosing what you want your life to look like when you walk out the front door. And that can look completely different depending on where you are in Florida.

So when I’m helping someone compare communities, I’m not only looking at the homes. I’m looking at the lifestyle surrounding them.

Because sometimes finding the right address starts with figuring out how you actually want to live.
