Did you remember to encourage, congratulation or even motivate yourself today? We are so good at cheering others on and helping others feel better about their situations (which is a great thing to do). But what about you? Take some time to think about what you have accomplished this year. Take some time to appreciate the growth and progress you've made this year. Simply take some time to celebrate you. Take yourself out to dinner, take some time to do nothing but sit and watch the sunset. Buy yourself some ice cream, eat a whole cake by yourself! And do it guilt free! Celebrate YOU! We are so good at taking care of other take a day to take care of you. You've worked hard, you've given your best, now take a day and rest!
