This one was extra special, when your client is the only owner and they are simply selling due to old age and diagnosis listing feels a lot different.

From helping them get into their new nursing home to selling their last home that they will ever live in THIS ONE WAS EMOTIONAL ALL AROUND!

Im so thankful I had the incredible opportunity to work for them and I actually got to meet the buyers! It brought the sellers great joy to know a loving family would turn this into their first home to grow a family in!

On the market for on 48 hours before we had a cash offer we simply could not pass up!

Always remember when dealing with cash to not budge on your terms when the offers come flooding in. We had well over 30 offers in the first 24 hours and let me tell you we are so thankful for opportunity to pick and choose who we went with! That is not always the case in these types of situations but we were very lucky/blessed to have the buyer come our way and present an offer we simply couldn't refuse!

There is no better feeling than making it to closing day and watching all of the pieces finally come together. This transaction certainly brought more than its fair share of unexpected and unnecessary challenges towards the end but our buyer handled each twist and turn with patience.... and a pinch of WTF 🤣
