Beth Powanda, P.A., Realtor at Homan Realty Group I'm a Realtor, wife, mother, volunteer, pickle baller ,golfer and wine lover in Spring Hill Florida.

Born and raised in Pittsfield, Massachusetts,I studied Psychology at Northeastern University before turning my attention to Hotel & Restaurant Management where I was Account Executive and Concierge at the Berkshire Hilton. I moved to Florida to enjoy the warm climate and beautiful beaches. I obtained my Florida Real Estate License in 2000 and began as an office receptionist then an administrative assistant to a busy team. I gained confidence and built a successful career for 12 years before joining the top team at Re/Max to help achieve their mutual vision. I have become more focused on my sphere and networking and have gone solo again with RE/MAX. I feel that continuing education is critical in the ever changing real estate industry. I have obtained several valuable designations & certifications over the years and my knowledge and experience is a benefit to my customers. Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES) At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR) & is 1031 Exchange Certified. My next goal is to gain more knowledge into Commercial sales. My knowledge, professionalism and work ethic are second to none. I have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, family lifestyles and retirement areas of the Spring Hill community that will help to make your move to West Central Florida region a positive experience.
