They have always owned both a Real Estate and Mortgage company. I have worked for both companies since I was fifteen years old and as soon as I graduated from St. Petersburg High in 1999 I started working towards my real estate license and career. By 2001 I was a licensed realtor mentoring under my father for the next ten years at his company, New Horizon Real Estate. I have previously held a license in Indiana and am still currently licensed in the state of Kentucky. My Father and I, as a team, primarily worked with investors. We put together a new homes package in Tampa Bay, paired with a multi-family investment property in Kentucky or Indiana. We successfully did this for several years traveling between Florida, Kentucky, and California to meet with our clients and give tours of the areas and properties. As the market began to decline and investing slowed way down, I stepped into the property management role for all of the new homes that we sold to our out of state investors. I have 5 years experience running the property management division for New Horizon Real Estate. I then met Betsy Morgan and Roseanna Hardy. I realized all of the opportunities that Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (previously Prudential Tropical Realty) had to offer me, and here I am.
