Samantha Byers has a background in management, corporate start-ups, customer service, and business consulting. In 2014, she decided to pursue a long-time dream of getting her Real Estate License. Within her first year, she reached the top 20% of her Market Center in sales. In January of 2020, Samantha began coaching 40+ other agents in developing a successful business, in addition to continuing to serve her past, current and future clients. Much like supporting her Real Estate clients, she enjoys coaching her agents to set their business goals, and implement the strategies to achieve them, to better support the dreams they have for their lives and families. She enjoys being outdoors and appreciates all forms of art. She loves her family and enjoys serving at her church. In her downtime, you can find her in the mountains or on the beach. Tommy Byers began his professional career in the IT field eventually managing teams spread all over the world. He has over a decade of experience negotiating multi-million dollar purchases and meeting the needs of a diverse range of businesses and clients. In addition to residential real estate, Tommy also helps businesses and investors buy and sell commercial property to expand their current portfolio, begin creating wealth with investment properties, or realize the dream of starting a business. Negotiating and writing contracts is only part of the process. Tommy also offers consultation on local zoning codes and board requirements, research into traffic counts and other location data, deed restrictions and approval submission consultation, and analysis of property for its buy-and-hold or rehab investment potential, among other things. When Tommy isn’t spending time with Samantha and their three daughters, you can find him serving at their church or in his wood shop. He is an army veteran and also plays, writes, and records music. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Music from the University of Central Oklahoma. A Nashville-native, Josh Webb is a husband, father and Christ-follower that is excited to bring his passion for helping others to the real estate profession. As a 12-year veteran of the staffing industry, He is well versed in representing his clients to the fullest extent possible, with the end result of helping others find their dream jobs. Josh is eager to replicate those efforts to help others find their dream home and his unique skill-set makes him the most qualified agent in middle Tennessee to help you relocate to the Nashville-area and find a home. When Josh isn’t working, he’s spending as much time as possible with friends and family, either listening to music, playing games, or doing anything outdoors. Josh earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Management from Union University.
