Skylight DIY Nightmare 👻

This skylight was “repaired” with the most universal tool, duct tape. 1,000% do not recommend this. Do it right, get a roofer to help. Crazy

A sewer scoping can have one of the largest ROI’s. We were inspecting a home in Spring Hill and found root intrusion that materialized into soil erosion in the front yard. Issues like this can cost thousands to correct and our goal is to find these issue before the keys officially become yours!
