I’ve worked with a lot of buyers over the years who are new to NC and they’ve never heard of Due Diligence Money. I ALWAYS make sure my buyers TRULY understand what this is……as well as Earnest Money…and the DIFFERENCE.

This fee gives buyers time to investigate a property, complete inspections, secure financing, and make sure the home is the right fit before moving forward. It also shows sellers that a buyer is serious about purchasing their home.

Understanding Due Diligence can help you make stronger offers and avoid costly surprises during the home-buying process!

This purchase was especially meaningful because it’s located in the same sweet town where she spent many summers growing up. There’s something special about coming back to a place filled with cherished memories and making it home once again. 🏡💕
