JUST CLOSED!!! on a beautiful home in Brick NJ. Another set of keys handed over.
I worked with a wonderful family, first time homebuyers, From the start they knew what they wanted, and it only took about two weeks to find a house that checked every box.
The one hurdle was price. I told them I'd fight to get them in that house at a number they felt good about, and that meant picking up the phone and negotiating directly with the listing agent. We got there. On top of that, the sellers agreed to handle a few issues that came up during inspection.
