Halloween Traditions Still Marching On
Every year, Halloween in Toms River is a big deal especially with our world-famous Halloween Parade lighting up downtown on October 31st. And while the parade will still march on as planned on Friday, October 31st, 2025, the Mayor and township officials decided that moving Trick-or-Treating was the best way to keep kids, parents, and neighbors safe with rain and strong winds expected on Thursday.
