For the second time, I will have the privilege of riding from New Jersey to Washington DC with thousands of other law enforcement officers like myself, in honor of our brothers and sisters who have died in the line of duty. This year I am riding for my fellow officer and friend, Joseph Gisoldi. Joe served our country in the US Marine Corps and in the US Army Reserves, but spent most of his career as a police officer at Madison Police Department and Wall Township Police Department, where I worked with him until his retirement. After serving several years in local law enforcement, he moved on to CSX Railroad Police where he passed away while on duty on May 11, 2022. Surviving are his wife and three children, in addition to countless friends and other relatives.

Our ride to Washington DC not only honors fallen officers, it also raises money for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund which works to educate the community and make it safer for those who serve.
