It’s official! I’m running for WMLAR President-Elect/Treasurer. 🩵

Serving our REALTOR® community has been an important part of my career. After serving on theWMLAR Board of Directors from 2023–2025and continuing my involvement through committee service, I’m excited and ready for the opportunity to serve in a new way.

I believe leadership starts with listening, asking the right questions, considering different perspectives, and always remembering who you’re there to serve.

Happy Closing Day, Jamie & Cheryl! 🏡🩵

This closing is special for so many reasons.

Jamie and Cheryl were wonderful to work with and truly trusted the process from the beginning. We walked through my pre-listing to-do list together, decided what was worth tackling before we hit the market, and they put in the work to get their home ready.

And it paid off! We had a lot of interest, received multiple offers, and ultimately sold their home for over asking price. 🎉

But there’s another part of this story that means so much to me.

Jamie and Cheryl came to me through a referral from another real estate agent who doesn’t live locally. When another agent trusts me to take care of their own family, that is a compliment I never take lightly.

Agent-to-agent referrals happen for lots of reasons, but often it’s because someone they care about needs an agent with local knowledge and expertise. Being the person another Realtor trusts to step in, guide their family, and take great care of them is pretty special.

Thank you to Jamie and Cheryl for trusting my advice, doing the work, and being such a joy to work with. And thank you to the agent who trusted me with people who mean so much to you. 🩵

Good byes are never easy so let’s NOT say it! Moved our oldest to Wisconsin this week. Tried to give as many hugs and in-person I love you’s as we could. 🥰 So proud of Julia and we know these next two years are going to bring so much growth, amazing experiences and be filled with blessings. And yes it’s normal for Mom tears even as she is so ready to fly from the nest!!!
