This was supposed to be a simple filming day for a new listing. Ride the bike, get the shot, wrap by lunch.

The first bike had flats. The second bike was flat too. The third bike was three sizes too big.

Then Brielle Cyclery stepped in. Minutes later I was back out the door with a borrowed bike in their own custom color, a bright shade they call Brielle Yellow. Thank you for turning the whole morning around for me!

I’m lucky enough to live and work in Brielle, and days like this are why. Something goes wrong, and someone always shows up to help. That’s just who this town is.

But honestly, this is how I work. When something goes sideways, I don’t force it, I find another way around. That’s the same energy I bring to every listing and every client. Your home deserves the best!

Real estate is never just about opening doors and writing contracts. It’s about listening, guiding, showing up at weird hours, talking people through big decisions, and helping people feel comfortable enough to wait for the right one instead of settling.

I never want my clients to feel pressured. I want them to feel protected, informed, excited… and most importantly, home.

33 Coastal Drive, Neptune City officially closed at $650,000 after strategically listing at $589,000… because pricing matters. Marketing matters. Strategy matters.

But honestly, what makes this one extra special for me is that I helped my seller purchase this home just a few years ago… and now I had the honor of helping her close this chapter and move onto the next one. That part never gets old for me. 🥹

Real estate is so much more than transactions. It’s people, timing, trust, and being invited into some really big life moments. I truly could not be happier for her and I’m so grateful she trusted me again. ❤️

Huge congratulations to my buyer who scored this one in a multiple offer situation… while I was trying to be on vacation 😂 but we all know real estate doesn’t exactly believe in PTO.

Now she gets to call Bay Head Shores home, and I already can’t wait to watch this house be renovated and brought back to life. It’s going to be so good. 🤍
