Family owned and operated for thirty years, Sundaes believes in friendly and old fashioned service while providing delicious ice cream all year. They originally opened their doors in Point Pleasant and now have three more locations serving seasonal flavors like pumpkin and pumpkin cream pie! They both sound delicious, to me, although I'm partial to Robert Brownie, Jr., Chocolate Overload and Grasshopper! 🙂

As for the REAL ESTATE, the pictured Manasquan location stands prominent on Highway 35 between Sea Girt Ave. and the circle at Atlantic Ave. Interestingly enough, this part of Manasquan, like many other towns, is in Wall Township, like parts of Sea Girt, Spring Lake Heights, and Belmar, for example.
