Sometimes a purchase goes through months of planning. Other times, it’s a quick phone call.
A client reached out to me out of the blue and said, “I think I’m ready for a house and this one seems to check all the boxes. Can we see it?”
This one had a catch. After speaking with the listing agent, I found out the property was already in attorney review.
It had been on the market for some time (60 days), but if this was the right house, we had to move quickly and put ourselves in a position to compete. We pursued the opportunity aggressively, navigated the process, and
45 days after that phone call, he’s officially the new owner.
Every transaction has a different path. Some are straightforward. Others require timing, persistence, strategy, and the willingness to act when an opportunity presents itself. That’s part of what makes this business so rewarding. This is the 3rd one we’ve done together and they’ve had a little bit of everything.
