Dec 2025 market snapshot 📊 | Monmouth County SFH prices rose while DOM dipped, keeping homes moving quickly. Ocean County saw mixed pricing and higher DOM, which gives buyers a bit more leverage. Condo trends were mixed as inventory grows across both counties. Mortgage rates have eased slightly so far this year helping support buyer demand despite ongoing affordability pressures.
