Welcome to Shawver’s Rentals. We currently own 11 properties , a mix of houses , duplexes , and apartments. They range from 1 bedroom , 2 bedrooms , and 3 bedrooms. They vary in price and are located in either Pleasant Gap or Centre Hall , PA areas. We do allow certain dogs in certain rental units with additional fees , and with deposits and with prior approval. We do not allow cats at all or any other type animals at this time. Our properties are nonsmoking units as well. We do require first months rent and a security deposit equal to the rent due upon signing of the lease. Almost all units have washer and dryer hookups, except 1 . We currently have two duplexes coming available for rent on Pleasant Gap mountain area. It sits along the main busy road ( applicants with dogs, and small children please be advised }
