First of all — there are less buyers actively searching right now which means… less competition.

AKA fewer offers and a higher chance of your offer being accepted.

Plus, in my experience as a realtor in LAS VEGAS, winter sellers are usually more motivated by some time sensitive life event. That means they are usually ready to get a deal done.

Put those two factors together and you might just get a better value on your home purchase than in the spring.

Sure, there will likely more homes on the market in LAS VEGAS in the spring, but there are plenty of reasons to start your search now.
