My husband was mainly dealing directly with Dave throughout the whole process, but from my perspective everything went very smoothly from start to finish.
Buying an investment property in the US while living in the UK could easily have been a stressful and complicated experience, especially with the time difference and being unfamiliar with the US process. However, Dave made the whole journey feel straightforward and well organised.
My husband always spoke very positively about his communication with Dave and how responsive, patient and helpful he was whenever there were questions or something needed to be explained.
For me, the best sign of good service was that I never really had to worry about anything — everything progressed smoothly and we successfully completed our purchase.
We are very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Dave, especially to other overseas buyers. We are already thinking about our next investment property and would be very happy to work with him again.

He was always responsive, incredibly patient, and took the time to answer every question we had. Since there is an eight-hour time difference between London and Las Vegas, communication could have been difficult, but Dave always found time to speak with us and kept us well informed throughout the process.
