Lindsay Metter has been in the real estate business for several years. She started as a leasing consultant in Austin, TX in 2013 and became a Texas licensee in 2015 who worked as an apartment locator/rental agent. She became a licensed realtor in Arizona in 2018, which began her studies into real estate sales. A move to Las Vegas to be near family in 2019 led to a Nevada real estate license where

she helped several families buy and sell homes. She has several years’ experience working on a variety of transactions and the administrative side of real estate is her favorite. She is extremely organized, communicative, and great with follow-up; never missing a deadline! In April 2024, Lindsay decided to offer her services to other realtors who could benefit from having an advocate on their side and can help free them up instead of getting tied down by the administrative tasks on their transaction. What are the differences between a real estate transaction coordinator and a real estate assistant❓️There is some confusion between the 2 and job duties may vary depending on the position and the office/brokerage. But as a general guide, the transaction coordinator focuses on the real estate paperwork and the assistant may handle many other various tasks for 1 or several agents or brokers.

Most people who are in the real estate industry know what a transaction coordinator is, but have you used one before❓️

I prefer managing transactions myself (obviously 😉), but the few times I used a TC, I was surprised by how much more time I had and how I felt less stressed. The fee was well worth it. I found that I had more time to 1) support my clients more & 2) acquire more clients.

Plus, I know the language of real estate contracts & contingency dates, communicate quickly & efficiently & have systems in place, ensuring a smooth transaction. 👊
